وَمَكَرُواْ وَمَكَرَ اللّهُ وَاللّهُ خَيْرُ الْمَاكِرِينَ
And they (the disbelievers) schemed , and Allah schemed (against them) : and Allah is the best of schemers.
[A-li ‘Imraan 54]
أَفَأَمِنُواْ مَكْرَ اللّهِ فَلاَ يَأْمَنُ مَكْرَ اللّهِ إِلاَّ الْقَوْمُ الْخَاسِرُونَ
Are they then secure from Allah’s scheme? None deemeth himself secure from Allah ‘ s scheme save folk that perish.
[Al-A’raaf 99]
وَأُمْلِي لَهُمْ إِنَّ كَيْدِي مَتِينٌ
I give them rein (for) lo! My scheme is strong.
[Al-A’raaf 183]
